This popular period television series regularly captures the hearts of over 10 million viewers who tune in to watch the day to day workings of the midwives. Set in and around the Historic Dockyard at Chatham
we visit many of the iconic locations featured in the series together with props and costumes. A must see tour for lovers of Call the Midwife.

Our itinerary

Day One
We leave Cumbria and head South making a Coffee stops en route before having a late lunch at Newark with time to explore. We journey on to our hotel where Dinner is served.

Day Two
The highlight of the tour as we are joined by a blue badge guide for a tour of the locations used during the making of the television series. Together we discover the popularity behind the series which has been on our screens for many years. We discover the costumes and props from the series together with information coupled to the storylines. We are served a Fish and Chip lunch with a Cheesecake Dessert. After lunch we continue our journey of discovery before we return to the hotel for Dinner.

Day Three
Today we head for home making comfort stops en route before we stop for an early lunch Cambridge where there is also time to explore before we continue our journey home arriving back in Cumbria early evening
