Bulbfields and Windmills

Every Spring the fields of Western Holland are covered with millions of blooms exploding in a riot of colour. We stay in Dordrecht within easy reach of Keukenhof Gardens and the Bulb Fields route. We can be part of the National Holiday that is Kings Day on 27th April 2018.
A morning departure as we stop off in York for lunch before we join our overnight North Sea Ferry to Rotterdam with two berth inside cabins.
After breakfast we disembark and head to Keukenhof gardens where floral arrangements are set between old trees and waterways. Our journey continues to our hotel. Dinner is served tonight
Following breakfast we visit Njmegan and Arnhem with a chance to explore these historic towns. We return to hotel in time for Dinner.
After breakfast we head to the picturesque port of Volendam where the locals still parade in colourful costumes. In the afternoon we visit Amsterdam with plenty of time to explore before returning to our hotel. Dinner is served tonight.
We leave our hotel after breakfast we head into Dordrecht where we have time for lunch and to explore the town with a chance to join in the local holiday celebrations. We return to Rotterdam to catch our Overnight Ferry back to Hull.
Following breakfast we travel North making comfort stops en route arriving back in Cumbria early afternoon.
